Our programme - your flexibility
With more than 200 employees we manufacture precision turned parts, threaded rods and assembly units on modern CNC longitudinal and fixed headstock lathes automatic lathes, processing centres, one spindle and multi-spindle automatic lathes at the sites Eisfeld, Schönbrunn and Apolda. Long turned parts up to 2,500 mm of overall length belong to our production range as well as threaded rods up to M42 or trapezoidal threads with an upward gradient from 6mm up to 6,000 mm of length.
We are able to process material from 0.2mm to 65 mm in diameter from the rod and 160 mm for chucking parts of all usual materials (free cutting steels, structural steels, case-hardening steels, rust and acid-proof steel, brass and aluminium). In a separate production area we perform additional working operations such as boring, milling, sawing, bending, punching, pressing, broaching, welding, brazing, thread rolling and threading as well as assembly works. Thermal treatment and surface refinement are offered in co-operation with selected and competent partners.
Among our customers are well-known enterprises in Germany; Europe and overseas.We have a certified quality management system
according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 available. Since December 15, 2003 we have been working according to DIN EN ISO 14001.
All environmentally relevant aspects have been integrated into the management manual. They are checked within the regular audits.
The certification according to ISO TS 16949 will be scheduled for 2008/2009 in our strategic planning.
With our large machinery, the knowledge and the experience of our employees we develop individual customer solutions and advise
them on shapes, materials and other production parameters.
